Irrigation & Water Management

Efficient irrigation design, installation, repair, and smart programming — tuned for Florida water restrictions and the way your landscape actually drinks.

Overview

What this service is, and who it's for.

A landscape is only as good as its irrigation. The plants, sod, and trees you invested in all depend on the water they receive — and in Florida, that water is governed by evaporation rates, afternoon storms, soil type, and strict municipal watering restrictions. An irrigation system has to be designed and programmed around all of that, not just set to run every morning.

We design new irrigation systems around how a landscape is actually zoned — rotor zones for lawns, spray zones for beds, drip for tight planters and foundations. Zones that mix plant types and water needs are the single most common irrigation mistake we see on Treasure Coast properties, and they lead to overwatered beds and underwatered lawn edges.

On existing systems we focus on auditing and tuning. Heads tilt, settle, or get buried over time. Controllers get set once and never revisited. Rain sensors fail quietly. A proper service visit tests every zone, flags what's broken, and dials in run times to the current season instead of running whatever schedule was programmed last spring.

  • Zone-by-zone audits of existing systems
  • Head replacement — rotor, spray, MP rotator, drip emitter
  • Smart Wi-Fi controller upgrades (Rachio, Hunter Hydrawise, etc.)
  • Rain sensor and freeze sensor install or replacement
  • Backflow preventer testing and replacement where needed
  • Zone-boundary rework to separate lawn and bed watering

  • Seasonal run-time programming tuned to Treasure Coast climate

Our Process

How a irrigation & water management project runs.

  1. 01

    System walkthrough

We run every zone with you watching, document head performance, and read the controller settings against actual conditions.

  2. 02

    Scope & proposal

We give you a written scope — what needs replacement, what needs reconfiguration, and what the controller should actually be doing.

  3. 03

    Service / install

Repairs and installs are completed cleanly — heads flagged and set to grade, trenching backfilled, wiring labeled.

  4. 04

    Programming & handoff

We program the controller for the current season, show you the app or faceplate, and leave you a clear schedule.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

Yes — most of our irrigation work is on existing systems. We'll walk zones with you, flag what's broken or miswired, and give you an honest scope. There's no obligation to replace a working system just because it isn't the newest brand.

A smart controller helps if you want weather-adjusted watering and remote access. For a simple residential system a well-programmed traditional controller plus a rain sensor is often enough. We'll give you the straight recommendation, not an upsell.

We program every system to comply with your municipality's current watering-day restrictions. In most Treasure Coast cities that's two days per week for established landscapes and different windows for new installs — we'll set it correctly for your address.

We can replace or install backflow preventers as part of a system build; backflow prevention is included where applicable. Annual certification testing is typically handled by a specialist — we'll point you in the right direction if your municipality requires it.
